This weekend will be all about weddings!

I know, I know, I talk a lot about my own wedding but fortunately, this weekend will be mostly about Christine’s.

Christine and I met years ago when we both worked as summer camp counselors during our college years and today we both work for a not-for-profit organization. (Thanks to Christine’s recommendation.) Each morning we’ve been able to share our happy and horrid wedding planning stories and I’m so thankful she was there when I needed to complain or brag.

She’s getting married at the Stockton Inn in New Hope, PA and I’m so excited. New Hope is just about the cutest town ever. I haven’t been since 2009 so I’m looking forward to walking around and doing a little shopping in between the ceremony and reception.

The rest of the weekend will be for finishing up my own list of to-do’s and visiting my grandmother. I’m hoping she will be able to offer something as my old and borrowed :)

Jay is terribly disappointed that he won’t be able to spend the weekend eating burgers and drinking beers. Tough life, I know.
