When I asked my brother to give a speech in lieu of begging one of my bridesmaids to do it, I knew it was a good choice. He has a larger than life personality and I was sure he’d be able to give a great speech. And he did :)

“Hello everyone, for those that don’t know me, I’m Matt, brother of the bride. It’s about time this day has come. It’s been a long engagement, but not because I had to deal with bridezilla but more because I had to deal with MoMzilla .. just kidding ma! Well, the hardest part is over guys. Now all you have to do is spend the rest of your lives fighting, screaming, crying, and kicking one another (Ugh, trust me Jay, I’ve been there with her and it’s not pretty.) But what out weighs the bad is the good. The laughing, the hugging, the trust, the support, the growing (hint, hint - Uncle Matt and Uncle Justin would be the coolest Uncles around) and what’s most important is the loving bond you two share. It may sound cheesy but it’s the real deal. Erin, your my only sister and sibling and I would do absolutely anything to make sure you’re happy and safe. Jay, you’re the brother I’ve always wanted and I’m glad she chose you. There’s so much I could say about all the good times we’ve had and how wonderful you two are but I’d be up here all night. I just want to say I love you guys and wish you a lifetime of happiness. Cheers to my sister and my new brother!
